Practice yoga with me

  • In Studios

    You can practice with me at Tribe Yoga and Meadowlark, both yoga studios in Edinburgh, and RESET Yoga in Glasgow.

    I also lead vinyasa flow classes at Cavefit.

    Expect a strong dynamic vinyasa and power practice. Stepping into the strength of vinyasa or power yoga can be a real opportunity to explore discipline within our practice, continual exploration of the self while connecting to our own unique energies and breath work.

    With yang there must be space for yin. I also lead yin yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation and pranayama. Yin and Yang; weaving stillness, breath and movement together consciously, allowing the body time to explore the sensations and benefits of the practice. My practices are a real opportunity to embody the grounding practice of yoga by reconnecting the mind, body and breath.

  • 1:1 | Online

    1:1 sessions available for those who would are brand new to yoga, and would like to start from the beginning. Also open to those who would like to deepen an already established practice, or those managing an injury and would like guidance. These sessions are at home or in a hired Edinburgh studio space

  • Events & Workshops

    Combining yoga, conscious movement and plant-based education. Intertwining plant medicines with our asana, breath work and meditation practice. An opportunity to slow-down and authentically bring all aspects of our mind, body and breath together.

    Drop me your email to be added to the mailing list for details of future events

Wednesday evenings

7-815pm The North Quarter

Every week we will explore all areas of our yoga practice

* asana | postures

* prananyama | breath work

* mudras

* guided meditation | mantras | kirtan

The space at The North Quarter is lovely, but a little small so spaces are limited. Making it a nice place to practice together, and where you can expect a more 1:1 focus from me to you.

Attend an event or workshop

Join me for more yoga and CBD practices and workshops in 2024. Combining a yin yang yoga practice with CBD allows us to interconnect the strong and fluid of one practice, with the softness and still of the other, while weaving plant medicines into the practice too.

Introducing CBD into our practice creates space for the additional therapeutic benefits of the cannabis plant. The cannabinoids interact with our body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) allowing our nervous system time to slow down and restore, creating a sense of calm and awareness.

Learn about plant medicine

I’m really passionate about cannabinoid plant therapies and medicines, and combining them with my yoga practice. The ancient Ayurvedic system of Indian medicine contains a number of references regarding medicinal plants, specifically cannabis.

I enjoy studying and exploring cannabis with my yoga practice, pranayama and meditation as combining them together allows me to cultivate a genuine place of healing, self awareness and calm.
